A measuring device of an electromagnetic flowmeter in which an outer yoke (Yo) having an exciting coil (C) wound therearound is disposed outside of a fluid conduit (P) having a generally circular cross section, and an inner yoke (Yi) having a generally circular cross section is disposed inside of the conduit to define an annular path for a fluid flowing through the conduit, whereby the magnetic reluctance is decreased to increase the induced voltage indicative of the flow rate of the fluid or to reduce the power consumption.
