PURPOSE:To reduce wear of the free end of a partition by configurating a device in such a way that a grounding pressure of the partition of an adsorbing section which is adsorbed to the wall surface, can be reduced, and a frictional force between the partition and the wall surface is reduced. CONSTITUTION:A partition 18 is fitted on the periphery of a pressure receiving main body 2. And the partition 18 is composed of an inner wall section 18c which extends approaching to a wall surface 4 from the inner end that is fixed on the inner surface of the pressure receiving main body 2, to the outside of the pressure receiving main body 2 while it reaches a projected section 18a which comes in contact with the wall surface 4, an outer wall section 18b which extends from said projected section 18a to the outside of the pressure receiving main body 2 while being apart from the wall surface 4, and of a bellows 18d which connects the end of said outer wall section 18b with the periphery of the pressure receiving main body 2. No.1 negative pressure zone is specified by the partition 18 with the aid of the pressure receiving main body 2 and the wall surface 4, and No.2 negative pressure zone 22 is specified by the inner wall 18c of the partition 18 together with both the outer wall section 18b and the bellows 18d. |
