PURPOSE:To provide a device for introducing the outside air into the room of a building, which is advantageous in cost, by providing a heat exchange chamber provided with a heat pipe under the ground of a building and a feed air relaying tank communicated with the heat exchange chamber, and providing a waste heat replacing endothermic part in a smoke discharging cylinder disposed in the room of the building. CONSTITUTION:In winter season, the outside air which has flowed through a suction hole 7 is subjected to heat exchange with geothermal heat in the course of passing an outside air inlet pipe 23a, and is raised of its temperature, and flows into a feed air relaying tank 3. Further, the outside air warmed with the terrestrial heat and exhaust gas heat of an exhaust pipe 20, flows into the heat exchange chamber 2 via a vent pipe 17, and heat-exchanged with a fluid flowing within a heat pipe 12 whose temperature is raised by heat-exchanging with the waste gas of a stove 5. The outside air is passed through an outside air distributing pipe 18 and flows from a blast port 19 as further temperature increased warm air into downstair and upstair rooms A and B. Further, indoor stained air is exhausted out of the building by a ventilation fan, and hence space heating and ventilation are carried out simultaneously. Consequently, no special power supply is required, and hence the space heating cost can be reduced. Further, the present device can be utilized in cooling in summer season and ventilation throughout four seasons. |
