<p>PURPOSE:To attain cost reduction by simplifying the structures of a printing head and a connector, by integrating a partition wall comprising an elastic substance, which pierces a needle like tube for supplying ink to the common ink chamber of the printing head, with a flexible plate provided to the opening part of the common ink chamber. CONSTITUTION:The same number of piezoelectric converters 104 as nozzles are provided to the side surface of a side plate 102 so as to correspond to pressure chambers and the opening part 105 of a common ink chamber for respectively distributing and supplying inks to the pressure chambers is provided to said side plate 102. In this case, a flexible plate 107 and a partition wall 108 are adhered by an adhesive or welded or integrated by integral molding. In order to easily absorb the back pressure wave of ink by the deformation of each pressure chamber at the time of the injection of ink from a jet orifice 103, a thin wall part 110 formed so as to be made thinner than the other region is provided to the flexible plate 107. Because the partition wall and the flexible plate are integrated, the number of parts are reduced to enable the achievement of cost reduction, and processing and assembling become easy and the leakage of ink is prevented still more.</p> |
