PURPOSE:To equalize the flow of a medium gas, and to increase a laser output by forming a plurality of inflow ports entering a laser pipe from a gas inflow pipe on the circumference using a laser-pipe axis as the center. CONSTITUTION:An inflow pipe 7 feeding a medium gas into a laser pipe 1 is branched, and a plurality of inflow ports 10, 10 are formed. Since the medium gas flows into the laser pipe 1 from at last two or a plurality of the inflow ports 10 on the circumference using upper and lower laser pipe axes as the centers and the branched inflow ports 10, a gas current in the laser pipe 1 is equalized, a discharge region extends over approximately the whole region in the laser pipe 1, and an effect in which a laser output is increased is resulted. |
