PURPOSE:To simplify a manufacturing process, and to reduce cost by simultaneously punching stator cores and rotor cores from a magnetic substance sheet and laminating them and giving the stator cores soft magnetism and the rotor cores hard magnetism through heat treatment. CONSTITUTION:An alloy blank forming a magnetic material such as an alloy consisting of 27-33% Cr, 8-12% Co, 0-3% Si and Fe as the remainder is melted and casted, hot-rolled and solution-annealed, heat treatment at a first step for spinodal decomposition is conducted, and the alloy blank treated is cold-rolled, thus manufacturing a sheet metal in 0.3-0.5mm. The sheet metal is punched simultaneously and machined to stator cores 14 and rotor cores 11, and a predetermined number of the cores 14 and the cores 11 are laminated. Heat treatment at a two step for spinodal decomposition is executed to the rotor cores and the rotor cores are changed into a permanent magnet 11 through hard magnetization, and a shaft 12 is fitted. The stator cores 14 are annealed and residual stress generated on punching is removed and the cores 14 are turned into soft magnetism, and a winding 15 is wound. Accordingly, a manufacturing process is simplified, thus minimizing the loss of materials, then reducing cost. |
