PURPOSE:To attain temperature compensation without decreasing sensitivity by specifying the input-side resistance of an operational amplifier to satisfy specific conditions. CONSTITUTION:A voltage which is based upon a zero reference voltage and has a temperature coefficient (p) is inputted to input terminals 6 and 7. The input terminal 6 is connected to the unverted input terminal of the operational amplifier 100 through a resistor 8 which has a resistance temperature coefficient (q) with the same sign with the temperature coefficient (p) and a fixed resistor 9. Further, a fixed resistor 10 is connected in parallel to the resistor 8. The input terminal 7 is connected to the ninverted input terminal through an input resistor 2. A differential amplifier circuit 13 consists of the terminals 6 and 7, input resistors 2 and 12, and operational amplifier 100. |
