<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a process for producing MIKASA clog thongs which may be easily and rapidly, hence inexpensively produced in a large amt. without requiring skill and an implement and device used at this time as well as the MIKASA clog thongs produced by the same. SOLUTION: The implement 29 for production of the MIKASA clog thongs provided with a through-hole allowing the insertion of a tape 22 for base clog thongs of the MIKASA clog thongs and a through-hole allowing the insertion of a tape 21 for overlap clog thongs in correspondence to the joining state of the tape 22 for the base clog thongs of the MIKASA clog thongs tape and the tape 21 for the overlap clog thongs is fixed to a sewing device 37. The tape 22 for base clog thongs is inserted into the through-hole for the tape 22 for base clog thongs of the implement 29 and the tape 21 for the overlap clog things into the through-hole for the for the overlap clog thongs from the same side. Both tapes are drawn out of the opposite side and the overlapped longitudinally edges of both tapes and the parts overlapping thereon or the opposite longitudinal edges of both tapes are sewn and are cut to a prescribed length by a cutting device 40. A MIKASA clog thong base body is formed by covering the sewn part with the tape 21 for the overlap clog thongs.</p> |
