<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the device capable of designating scroll operation by a finger without impairing clicking and dragging operation on a touch panel by detecting more than one places being touched, judging a scroll indication, and scrolling a display screen. SOLUTION: A scroll judging means 21 judges that position data on touch positions obtained from a contact sense means 11 of the touch panel are the scroll designation when more than one place is touched at the same time and also judges that the data are the designation of another operation for such as dragging. When one place is touched. The operation indication for clicking and dragging which is judged by the scroll judging means 21 is executed by a screen operation means 22, transmitted to a display control means 23 put in charge of screen drawing, and displayed on a display output device 3. Thus, specifying operation for an icon for scrolling is not necessary, so the scroll indication can be made only by touching the touch panel with more than one finger.</p> |
