PURPOSE:To provide the titled compsn. having excellent rigidity and resistance to heat and chemicals and suitable for use in the production of automotive under hood parts, consisting of an aliph. polyamide, a modified ethylene (propylene) polymer and poly(4-methylpentene-1). CONSTITUTION:40-95wt% aliph. polyamide (A) such as nylon 6 or nylon 66 (relative viscosity: 2-4.5), 2-30wt% modified ethylene polymer and/or modified propylene polymer (B) [e.g. a modified polyethylene (having a melt index of 0.05-50l/10min) obtd. by grafting 0.001-10mol% of maleic anhydride onto polyethylene] and 5-60wt% poly(4-methylpentene-1) (C) having a melt index of 0.05-100g/10min are melt-kneaded. |
