PURPOSE:To increase productivity by using active material obtained by adding oligosacchride such as monosaccharide, disaccharide, trisaccharide, and tetrasaccharide to cadmium oxide or raw material powder mainly comprising cadmium oxide, or active material on which a thin layer such as adsorbing film of the oligosacchride is formed. CONSTITUTION:Oligosacchride such as monosaccharide, disaccharide, trisaccharide, and tetrasaccharide is added to cadmium oxide or raw material power mainly comprising cadmium oxide, or a thin layer such as adsorbing film of oligosacchride is formed on cadmium oxide or raw material mainly comprising cadmium oxide. This material is used as active material. By forming the layer of oligosacchride on the surface of cadmium oxide, hydrophobic colloid is stabilized as hydrophillic colloid, and the coagulation of cadmium oxide is prevented. |
