PURPOSE:To enable anyone to master a control system and to perform the input processing quickly and accurately by supplying all data needed for plural types of control just in a single format. CONSTITUTION:A CPU 1 serves as a primary device of a general-purpose control system together with use of a personal computer. The CPU 1 stores a program for general-purpose control and a hard disk 2 is connected to the CPU 1 for storage of data needed for control. The data base stored i the disk2 contains a master file and a data file. The master file includes an item master file, an article master file and other various master files. While the data file includes an assortment diary file, a financial file, a stock file, etc. The data needed for control of the financial affairs, stocks, etc. are supplied by means of the only format, i.e., a transfer slip. This concept includes not only the physical forms but the pictures displayed on the screen of a display 4. Therefore any paper slip may not sometimes exist at all. |
