PURPOSE:To avoid the need of the facilities and processes for hardening a resin-coated layer by previously coating a metal fitting with the resin paint in high-temperature hardening type and then hardening the resin-coated layer. CONSTITUTION:A metal fitting is immersed into the molding epoxy resin paint in high-temperature hardening type and then coated. The outer peripheral surface of an inner-cylinder metal fitting 10 and the inner peripheral surface of an outer-cylinder metal fitting 20 are coated with halogenated polymer group vulcanization adhesive. The inner and outer cylinder metal fittings 10 and 20 coated with adhesive are arranged in a vulcanization molding metal mold, and unvulcanized rubber is poured. Therefore, integral vulcanization adhesion is permitted, and the resin-coated layer is hardened, and a bush can be obtained, and the need of the facilities and processes for the resin-coated layer is avoided. |
