PURPOSE:To form the titled insulation type fly-back transformer subject to easy production at low cost with sufficient dielectric strength by a method wherein a low-voltage coil bobbin for low-voltage coil is separately provided to be engaged with a primary coil bobbin. CONSTITUTION:Before a core 5 and a high-voltage bobbin 8 are fixed to a primary coil bobbin 6, a low-voltage coil bobbin 11 is inserted into the primary coil bobbin 6 from right side end to be fixed to the outside of a groove 6' for low voltage coil. At this time, one flange 6'' comprising the groove 6' for low voltage is at the same level as that of the winding of primary coil 1' or higher than that level while the upper part of the flange 6'' is engaged with the low voltage coil bobbin 11. Besides, the width of a cylinder 14 of the low voltage coil and a projection 12 from the cylinder 14 is inserted between petals of a petal flange 16. In such a constitution, the low-voltage coil bobbin 11 can be prevented from turning by the projection 12. |
