PURPOSE:To automate the withdrawal work of a slurry like catalyst, by providing a revolving mechanism for revolving a hammer at a predetermined angle and a catalyst withdrawal mechanism to the beam arranged in a tower tank and providing the moving mechanism of the withdrawal mechanism. CONSTITUTION:In a catalyst withdrawal unloader 4, two withdrawal mechanisms 3 are respectively set at fundamental positions, for example, at positions near to the inner wall of a reaction tower 1. Next, when a crushing motor 35 is driven to operate the withdrawal mechanisms 3, the rotary motion of the crushing motor 35 is transmitted to the rotary shaft 39 of a crushing mechanism 36 through a main pulley 43, a belt 42 and a follower pulley 41 and a hammer 47 is revolved with the rotation of said rotary shaft 39 through a hammer support member 47 and a shaft 48. The hammer 47 is energized to the radius direction of the rotary shaft 39 by centrifugal force generated by rotation and a catalyst is whirled up while being crushed and cut by the leading end of the hammer 47. |
