PURPOSE:To improve the performance of a servo device by using a filter having reverse characteristic of a resonance characteristic of a motor driving system to enhance a feedback gain without unstability of a servo system. CONSTITUTION:A reverse characteristic filter 11 which exhibits preferably entirely reverse characteristic to a resonance characteristic of a motor driving system 10 and, even if not, as near reverse resonance characteristic as possible thereto is inserted into a line which apples a control amount signal to the motor driving system 10. When the transmitting characteristic of the system has, as shown in figure A, a zero point, maximum and minimum, the film 11 has the characteristic typically shown in figure B. Thus, the result has, as shown in figure C, the prescribed secondary characteristic most ideally. |
