PURPOSE:To facilitate the manipulation of a ventilator device by supporting a ventilating port in a device body laid inside of a side window, movably in the direction orthogonal to the wind shield panel in the side window, relative to the device body, so that the ventilating port is extended and retracted in association with the opening and closing of the wind shield pane. CONSTITUTION:A device body 1 has a width substantially equal to the width of a wind shield pane 6, and a bracket 2 is fitted so that the bracket 2 wraps a side window sash 3 and is secured inside of the passenger's compartment. Further, a ventilating fan 4 is provided in the device body 4, and a seal 5 is provided against the wind shield pane 6. In this arrangement, a ventilating port 7 is disposed at the window side outlet so that it may be moved in the direction orthogonal to the wind shield pane 6. The ventilating port 7 is formed with an inclined front end 8 and is always biased toward the wind shield pane 6 by springs 11 between ribs 9, 10 on the ventilating port 7 and the body 1. With this arrangement the ventilating port 7 is automatically extended and retracted in association with the opening and closing of the wind shield pane 6. |
