PURPOSE:To reduce the wearing amount of a slide material by impregnating a felt made of an organic polymer fiber with thermosetting resin to form the slide material. CONSTITUTION:A piezoelectric unit 1 of an ultrasonic motor is bonded on its surface with a metal 2, and a movable unit 3 is bonded with a slide material 4. In this case, a felt made of aromatic polyamide fiber is impregnated in vacuum with epoxy resin, thermally compression-molded to obtain a sheet of 1mm thick which contains 70wt% of fiber and 30wt% of resin as the material 4. Thus, wearing amount can be reduced, and an abnormal frictional noise at operating time can be eliminated. |
