PURPOSE:To obtain a foamed shape having uniform foams, by providing sepa rately a mixer and an extruder having specific shapes, and by making it possible for the rotational shaft of the mixer to rotate separately with its screw. CONSTITUTION:When screws 5, 20 are rotated to the direction of an arrows A, B and a rotational shaft 31 is rotated to the direction of an arrow C and resin is supplied into a first barrel 4, resin is forwarded to the direction of an arrow D by a screw 5 and heated and molten therewith. A foaming agent is pressed into the molten resin through an inlet 9 for the foaming agent, and mixed preliminally with a pin 8. The foaming agent containing resin is then forwarded into the fixed cylinder 30 of the mixer 3. In this mixer 3, it is mixed and stirred with the concave 36 of the rotational shaft 31 and 35 of a stator 34, and the foaming agent is dispersed equally. Thereafter the resin is forwarded into second barrel 16 of a cooling extruder 2, and transferred to the direction of an arrow E by a screw 20, cooled appropriately, extruded to outside from a discharging hole 22, and finally it is foamed. |
