PURPOSE:To obtain the titled electrolytic recovery device and treating device for photograph capable of recovering noble metal efficiently in excellent controllability by constituting the device so that both a flow-stopping means provided on the supplying side of a soln. to a bed electrode and a means for impressing the specified voltage on a bed electrode are enabled to function in the period of the stop of the electrolytic recovery. CONSTITUTION:As the bed electrode of this inversion, a fixed bed electrode or a fluidized bed electrode is adopted. Large current value is obtained in the relatively small volume by using this fluidized bed electrode and the concn. of Ag complex ion incorporated in a treating soln. is enough decreased. Electric potential is impressed on both a stopping means (a valve for closing) provided on the supplying side of the soln. to the bed electrode to stop the flow of the soln. and a means for impressing the specified electric potential on the bed electrode so that these are made to the electric potential of silver deposition in a period of the stop of electrolytic recovery. As a result, the generation of precipitation and tar in the inside of an electrolytic cell is not wholly caused and the generation of the fault in the photograph treatment such as yellow stain and an odorous gas is not almost caused and the operation of the electrolytic cell can be performed in an excellent state. This electric potential is specified by the kind and the concn. of a dissolving agent of silver.
