<p>PURPOSE:To accelerate the ripening of plum liquor, etc., by generating high-frequency voltage from a high-frequency voltage generator, applying the high-frequency voltage to the electrodes of an ultrasonic vibration element via a feeding contact and a receiving contact, and applying ultrasonic vibration to the liquid in a cup. CONSTITUTION:Receiving contacts 1h and 1i connected to the electrodes 1f and 1g of an ultrasonic vibration element 1e are exposed to the bottom surface of a cup 1, and a power source to drive the ultrasonic vibration element 1e is placed in the bed 20 on which the bottom of the cup is placed. The power source contains a high-frequency voltage generator 2d to supply high-frequency voltage to the ultrasonic vibration element 1e. The output circuit of the generator 2d is connected to the feeding contacts 2b and 2c, which are exposed to the positions corresponding to those of the receiving contacts placed on the bed. Switches 3, 4 interrupting the circuit from the generator plug 2e to be connected to an external power source, via the high-frequency voltage generator 2d to the feeding contact, are attached to the top face of the bed 20. The switches are turned on by placing the cup 1 on the bed.</p> |
