The invention relates to a device permitting Alpine skiing without snow, using the Alpine skiing technique. It is composed of two "skis", each consisting of a chassis 1 at the front of which a wheel 2 is fastened by a fork 3 articulated on a shaft 4 whose castor angle gives rise to a self-steering limited by two stops 5 and an adjustable return spring 6. At the rear, a wheel 7 is fastened by a vertical fork 8 articulated on a shaft 9 without castor angle and controlled by a system of adjustable links 12 connected to the central plate 10 where the foot is fixed, which plate rests on a shaft 11 permitting a steering effect caused by the torsional moment of the foot, regulated by an adjustable spring 13. A retractable prop stand 14 immobilises the ski when it has stopped. <IMAGE>
