The invention relates to a device combining in the same object a hot source, a cold source, a needle, pincers and a light bulb. This apparatus is intended to test surface, touch, pain sensitivities, as well as the dilation reflex of the pupil. It consists of a box comprising a heat-producing circuit, a circuit comprising an electrical resistor, a circuit comprising a light bulb and a mechanism for producing cold which may be a refrigerating body. Each heat source being placed in contact with the skin either directly or via a contact surface which has a heat indicator light. The object is fitted with a fastening system. <IMAGE>
