The invention relates to a device making it possible for a user to push a "pushed shopping trolley" in front of himself/herself in order to mount pavements and steps (a step 30 cm wide and 17.5 cm tall) with a reduction in effort of more than 30% with respect to the conventional two-wheeled trolleys; as well as allowing its use on snow. It consists of a frame 1 comprising a base part supporting two parallel axles 2 and 3, four wheels 8 and 9 and a shopping bag or basket 12 included at the middle of the frame and held at the top by the brackets 4 and 5 and at its base by the fixing bolts. The invention has a multi-grip handle 11 at the top, parallel to the direction of the step, making it possible to PUSH or PULL the shopping trolley in a snowy region by fitting a removable ski to the wheels 8 and 9 and axles 2 and 3. A hook-type brake makes it possible to lock one wheel. The device, according to the invention, is particularly intended to be used for mounting pavements and stairs (steps 30 cm wide) under the best conditions for reducing the bulk volume and the effort. <IMAGE>
