PURPOSE:To prevent strike through of a dye, by providing a resin layer having a glass transition point of not lower than 80 deg.C on a base in an integral form, and providing a receiving layer on one side of the base. CONSTITUTION:The resin layer 3 is provided on the base 1 side of the receiving layer 2, namely, it may be provided on the back side of the base 1 opposite to the receiving layer 2, or may be provided between the layer 2 and the base 1 or in the base 1. If the thickness of the layer 3 is excessively large, the properties inherent in the paper as a printing paper 4, namely, rolling properties or the like are damaged, and accordingly, a thickness of not more than 20mum such as to fulfil the requirements of infinite gas permeability may be adopted. The resin layer 3 may be provided by coating or may be provided by laminating an extruded film form material. The resin layer 3 may be formed from a polysulfone resin, a polystyrene resin or the like. Because the resin layer 3 having a glass transition point of not lower than 80 deg.C is provided as one body with the base 1, even where the printing paper is left under hot and humid conditions after printing, transfer of the dye is blocked at the resin layer 3, and strike through of the dye is prevented. |
