摘要 PURPOSE:To compact a composite magnetic material having superior plasticity, electric conductivity, damping characteristic and electromagnetic wave-shielding property by subjecting a powder mixture blended in a specific ratio and consisting of a magnetic powder and a Zn-22Al superplastic alloy powder to compacting under proper conditions. CONSTITUTION:The powder mixture consisting of 1-50wt% magnetic powder and the balance Zn-22Al superplastic alloy powder is subjected to compacting under a temp. between room temp. and 250 deg.C at a compacting pressure of 3-60kgf/mm<2> or to hot press compacting for 10-60min under a temp. of 200-250 deg.C at 1-10kgf/mm<2> compacting pressure. As the above Zn-22Al superplastic alloy powder, it is appropriate to blend the one heated at 380 deg.C for 30min and then quench-treated. Further, when the above magnetic powder has hard magnetism, the above powder mixture is subjected to magnetization treatment in a strong magnetic field after compacting.
