<p>Vibration-insulating device for machines producing shocks or vibrations, containing leaf springs (1), of which the straps (3) enter recesses (6) provided in the base (4) of the machine, while the ends (7) of each leaf spring (I) are located on an individual support (9) at a height H above the foundation II which is selected in accordance with the condition: H > 2 (h + δ), where h is the depth of the recess (6) for the strap (3) of the leaf spring (I) in the machine base (4); δ is the static deflection of the leaf spring (I). A method for dismantling and assembly the vibration-insulating device, including removal of the load from the damaged leaf-spring (I), its withdrawal and the subsequent fitting of a new leaf spring, performed in reverse order. Before removing the load from the damaged leaf-spring (I) its end is withdrawn upwards to relieve the full load from the support (9), after which the support (9) is removed, while the load is removed from the damaged leaf spring (I) by lowering its withdrawn end.</p> |
