<p>Compounds of general formula (I), and their pharmaceutically acceptable salts and in vivo hydrolysable esters, in which one of R?1 and R2¿ denotes hydrogen, the other of R?1 and R2¿ denotes an unsubstituted or substituted fused bicyclic hetero-aromatic group bonded through a carbon atom thereof and having five or six atoms in each ring, and R3 denotes hydrogen or an organic group, are novel compounds with β-lactamase inhibitory and antibacterial properties.</p> |
