发明名称 LASER BEAM MACHINING METHOD
摘要 PURPOSE:To equalize a thermal fusion by varying the distance from the focus of a laser beam on each member according to the facility in the thermal fusion. CONSTITUTION:The spherical lens having a focusing distance f1, f2 respectively is prepared. A lens 8 is then formed by bisecting each lens and by abutting semicircular lens 81h, 82h as well. When a ray of laser beam 7 is made incident on the lens 8, the laser beam focus transmitting the semicircular lens 81h becomes F1 and the laser beam focus transmitting the semicircular lens 82h becomes F2. Two laser beams 71, 72 are thus obtd. from one laser beam 7 therefore. In this case, the irradiating area of the left half is smaller at the position P1, P2 and the quantity of heat per unit area becomes large. The equalization in the thermal fusion of the member is enabled by considering the arrangement thereof according to the facility in the thermal fusion of the member.
