The rolling-element bearing pump has rolling elements (1) between centric running faces (7, 8) of an inner bearing ring (3) and an outer bearing ring (4), excentrically guided spacers between the rolling elements (1) and two essentially opposite grooves (10, 11), which run in a circumferential direction and are open on the rolling-element side, in the fixed bearing ring (4 or 3) having one connection line (12, 13) each. The pump is characterised in that the spacers are designed as rollers (2), at least one annular recess (5) having an excentric guide surface (6) is provided on one of the bearing rings (3, 4) for the spacer rollers (2), and the excentricity (14) of the guide surface (6) essentially points at one of the circumferential grooves (11, 12). The pump has reduced friction losses and increased capacity. Independently of the rotational speed of the shaft (15), the pumping capacity is continuously variable between zero and a maximum value. <IMAGE>
