The addition fixed circuit of the invention is different to the addition fixed circuit described in P 3518446.9, in that one of the two two-upwards-shift circuits (2) is located in the input area (between the input circuit 1b and the basic addition fixed circuit 4). In this way, a two-upwards-shift circuit 3 and a one-upwards-shift circuit 5 are located at the end of the main circuit 4 in this addition fixed circuit. In the case of this addition fixed circuit too, each of the three shift circuits (2, 3 and 5) is combined with a straight-through circuit. <IMAGE>
