PURPOSE:To enable automatic situation-oriented process for poor suction, by installing a plurality of liquid level sensors between a suction and exhaust nozzle and a pump and judging thus the suction situation. CONSTITUTION:When a sample located in a sample cup 3 is sucked by a suction and exhaust nozzle 5, a liquid level sensor 13 detects existence of the sample in a tube 9. As many sensors 13 are installed, a plurality of data is introduced into the AND circuit 15. When all the sensors 13 judge existence of the sample in the tube 9, a normal signal is issued from the AND circuit 15 to a controlling unit 21. When even a single sensor 13 judges the absence of the sample in the tube 9, a signal advising shortage of sample is issued from the circuit to the unit 21. The unit 21, after judging that data of preset sample quantity is within this range, an alarm signal is issued when the range is judged trespassed, and the unit issues an action suspension signal to a pump driving means 22 and a suction and exhaust driving means 23 for stopping the further analysis procedures. |
