In the case of an electronic control device, especially for level control of motor vehicles or parts of the same, having an actual value transmitter signal input (3) and a required value transmitter signal input (4), a control amplifier (6) (whose input receives a variable which is a function of the control deviation) and a power amplifier device (8, 9) which acts on the control path (1), for the purpose of good suppression of interference variables while at the same time ensuring the stability of the control loop between the actual value transmitter signal input (3) and the control amplifier (6), a low-pass filter (R7, C6), which has a capacitor (C6) is provided between the control amplifier and the power amplifier device for masking out control amplifier ouput signals corresponding to the window range of the comparator, and a bias in the form of an impressed current is provided, by means of which the charge on the capacitor of the low-pass filter is reversed when the control amplifier output signal is not masked out.
