PURPOSE:To simplify adjustment in the stage of exchanging a condenser lens by providing plural screws which move the condenser lens by pushing the outside edge thereof to a lens holder and finely adjusting these screws until the center of the lens holder is aligned to the optical axis of the lens. CONSTITUTION:An adapter 3 and a nozzle 2 are removed from a head body 1 by loosening a connecting ring 4 in the stage of exchanging the condenser lens. The screws of the lens holder 12 are then loosened and are also removed from the body 1. The holder is disassembled in order of a ring nut 10, a washer 11, a packing 9 and the condenser lens 7, then the condenser lens is exchanged with a fresh condenser lens 7. The fresh lens 7 is fastened by the ring nut 10 via the packing 9 and the washer 11. The plural adjusting screws 13 are rotated to the right and left to press the outside edge of the lens 7 by which the movement of the optical axis of the lens 7 is finely adjusted until the center of the holder 12 is aligned to the optical axis of the lens 7. The screws are thereafter retightened to fix the lens 7 to the holder 12. The holder 12 is attached to the body 1 by screwing. |
