PURPOSE:To provide good workability for the connecting with external circuits as well as to make erroneous wiring hardly occur by providing the connector structure to the input terminal for leading an external driving signal to the interface circuit and to the input terminal of the power circuit. CONSTITUTION:A module 1 includes therein a base driver circuit 15 as an interface circuit which operates upon receipt of an externally supplied driving signal at an input terminal 14, and an inverter circuit 17 as a power circuit having an input terminal 16 (16a-16c). The terminals 14, 16 are, for instance, of the integral pressure welding type connector structure, and projectively provided on the upper surface of the module 1. Therefore, the connecting of external circuits to the circuits 15, 17 may be made by inserting the plug provided on the end portion of the connecting wire into the terminals 14, 16 of the receptacle structure, and the circuits can be disconnected therefrom by pulling out the plug. |
