A contact lens care set containing two treatment media, of which the first treatment medium is a sterilising hydrogen peroxide solution and the other treatment medium is a catalyst-containing neutraliser, in which the catalyst, which serves to decompose the hydrogen peroxide after the sterilisation treatment of the contact lenses, is surrounded by a sheath which, after the hydrogen peroxide has acted on the contact lens for a certain time, releases the catalyst onto the contact lens to be treated.
