PURPOSE:To ensure normal printing while preventing corrosion, by covering an exposed part of a conductor lead formed of aluminum, copper, silver, nickel, tin or the like with stainless steel. CONSTITUTION:The conductor lead 2 is formed from a good electrical conductor other than gold, such as aluminum, copper, silver, nickel and tin, and the surface thereof is covered by a stainless steel layer 6 having high corrosion resistant. Because the stainless steel layer 6 is not corroded under the synergistic effect of currents and moisture, the conductor lead 2 therebeneath also is not corroded, so that normal printing can be performed. The stainless steel layer may be provided on side faces and the back side of a heating substrate 1, or may be provided on side surfaces of holes provided in the substrate 1. The material for the stainless steel layer may be any of ordinary stainless steels which has high corrosion resistance, and the layer 6 can be provided by printing, vacuum deposition, immersion, sputtering, plating or the like. |
