<p>The invention relates to a prefabricated-construction system, made from large elements, which can be used in a wide variety of architectural structures. The system is characterised principally in that the floor elements form a base grid obtained by the combination of three box structures with cells, two (1 and 2) of which disposed laterally and resting on three supports support via their edge a central box structure (5), in free support. The prefabricated balconies are anchored in the first two rows of cells (6) of the floor. The positioning and perpendicularity of the prefabricated walls can be precisely adjusted.
