PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor member having a concave passage for draining rainwater in a floor surface, which has a cover body over the concave passage to thereby form a floor surface without unevenness, the cover body being easily removable as needed and being resistant to removal due to an impact such as wind. SOLUTION: A deck member 3 having a flat top surface and a deck member 4 having a rainwater draining concave passage 41 on a top surface thereof are placed side by side on a floor slab 2a, and side surfaces of the respective members are connected to each other, to thereby form a continuous floor surface. Concave grooves opening toward the interior of the concave passage 41 are formed in opposite internal surfaces of the concave passage 41, and a long platelike cover body 15 having bent portions which are stepwise bent at both side edges, and having a water flowing opening formed on the top surface thereof is stretched over both the concave grooves, whereby the opening surface of the concave passage 41 is closed.
