NEW MATERIAL:A compound shown by the formula I (X1 and X2 are halogen; Y is H or halogen; R1 is lower alkyl, lower alkenyl or cycloalkyl; R2 and R3 are H, lower alkyl or cycloalkyl; K is 3-5; m and n are 0-2) and its salt. EXAMPLE:7-(cis-3-Aminomethyl-4-fluoro-1-pyrrolidinyl-1-cyclopropyl-6,8 -difluoro-1,4-dihydro-4-oxoquinoline-3-carboxylic acid. USE:Useful as an antimicrobial agent, an agent for fishes, agricultural chemicals, a perservative for foods, etc. PREPARATION:A carboxylic acid shown by the formula II (Z is functional group replaceable with cyclic amine derivative) is reacted with a cyclic amine derivative shown by the formula III in an inert solvent such as pyridine, etc., at 10-180 deg.C for 1-15hr to give a compound shown by the formula. |
