PURPOSE:To acquire an enclosed cell of a good preservative property, by forming an insulating packing with polyvinylidene chloride. CONSTITUTION:An insulating packing 7 is made of polyvinylidene chloride consisting mainly of vinylidene chloride. Polyvinylidene chloride is of very low permeability for water vapor. Therefore, by composing a cell with the said insulating packing 7 made of polyvinylidene chloride, water penetration into the cell can be prevented and deterioration of the cell property is controlled for a long period, even though the cell is kept in a high temperature and a highly humid atmosphere. Thus, a cell of a good preservative property even in a humid condition can be obtained. |
