PURPOSE:To prevent the intrusion of rain water into a car interior by allowing the sealing agent introduced into a welt part to contain waterproof substance. CONSTITUTION:The inside of a welt part 1 having an inverted U-shaped section has the sealing agent 7A containing the waterproof substance such as silicone and paraffine, and the part between the welt part 1 and a chassis opening edge flange 6 is certainly sealed. Even if rain water intrudes between the car outside retaining lip 3 and the chassis opening edge flange 6 from outside (O) the car, the rain water is expelled outside the car interior (O) by the action of the waterproof substance. Therefore, the intrusion of rain water into the car interior R is certainly prevented. |
