PURPOSE: Provided is a traveling device for preparing asphalt and concrete which can freely traveled as required and which can cut down the cost because it does not need foundation work for setting up or other all sorts of facilities. CONSTITUTION: The traveling device for preparing asphalt and concrete comprises a reservoir (10), a heater (32), a blender (41) and a discriminator (51) attached to each of a trailer (27, 28, 29) frame, wherein the reservoir (10) has a carrier roller (24) and a conveyer (17, 18, 19) to insert material of the asphalt concrete into the heater (32), a ring support (33) is interlocked by a rotation of a driving motor (14, 15, 16) thereby the heater (32) rotates a ring (35) fixed to a drum (34), wherein the heater (32) dries the material by a burner (40) running high temperature and a dust catcher (38) attached to the flank of the heater (32) discharges dust produced in the drying step in a bag filter (53), the material dried in the heater (32) is supplied to the discriminator (51), wherein a filter net (58) equipped in the discriminator (51) is operated by a shaking screen (50) thereby separating aggregates and gravels according to size and storing in an aggregate bin followed by transferring to the blender (41) by an elevator (49) periodically, the transferred aggregates and the gravels are mixed with asphalt oil (72) and stone powder in the blender (41) by a driving shaft (47) and a cutting edge (65). |
