PURPOSE:To reduce the time of assembling and the number of component parts and further ensure open and close operation of a gas passage with a simple construction, by providing a guide cylinder, into which an end of an actuating shaft being slidably inserted, a spring being placed between the end of said shaft and the inside of said cylinder, and making the outer part of said cylinder facing an actuating knob part spherical. CONSTITUTION:A guide cylinder 9, in which a coil-shaped spring 4 being fitted on a small-diameter part 3b, is made slidably in the axial direction fitted to an actuating shaft 3 so that one end thereof contacts with a step 3a. When an operation knob 1 is pushed, the actuating shaft 3 is pressed through the guide cylinder 9 and moved in the axial direction to effect an ignition condition. Since, at this moment, a flat surface 1a of the operation knob 1 is pressing a spherical surface 9b of the guide cylinder 9, the actuating shaft 3 slides, while being supported by a support cylinder 10 and a body-supporting part 11, enabling the axial movement thereof smooth without any hindrance. Such movement of the actuating shaft 3 causes a valve body 7 and a valve seat 12 to freely open and close, so that the purpose of the supply and stop of gas will be achieved. |
