摘要 |
PURPOSE:To evade a collision in multiple address communication and to make an efficient communication by receiving multiple address data by plural reception-side nodes connected to a ring network. CONSTITUTION:When data received by a frame receiving circuit 1 through the ring network is addressed to it, the data is reported to a host equipment through a data buffer 5 and a host interface circuit 8. In this case, when a microprocessor 7 decides that the advance notice of multiple address communication is received by the node from another node, the microprocessor 7 sets a transmission inhibition flag 2 to inhibit new data from being stored in the data buffer 5 and sending out to the ring network through a frame transmitting circuit 6. Further, the microprocessor 7 starts a timer 4 for transmission inhibition resetting and resets the transmission inhibition flag 2 when no multiple address data is received for a specific time after the advance notice of multiple address communication is received, to release the transmission inhibition state. |
