<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a voltage controlled multivibrator with excellent linearity in input voltage versus oscillating frequency independently of temperature fluctuation by providing a reference voltage generating circuit following a current of a variable current source circuit and correcting a reference voltage of a comparator circuit. CONSTITUTION:A voltage impressed to an input terminal 33 of a variable current source circuit 27 is converted into a current linearly by a voltage-current conversion circuit at first and the current flows to a conducted transistor (TR) of TRs 8, 9 through a current mirror circuit comprising TRs 28, 29, 30 and resistors 31, 32, In selecting a resistor 19, the same current as that conducted TR of the TRs 3, 4 flows to a TR 17 and a base-emitter voltage drop VBE1 of the TR 3 or 4 and the base-emitter voltage drop VBE2 of the TR 17 are always the same value. Since DELTAV is a voltage across a resistor R20, has no temperature dependency and since the DELTAV is independent of an input current I0, the linearity to the input to the oscillation frequency is excellent and the fluctuation due to temperature change is less.</p> |
