发明名称 MATERIAL PLATE FOR SOLAR CELL BASE
摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain the good surface property by forming an alloy plated layer of a specified metal on a core plate of reduced surface roughness composed of a thin stainless steel plate and taking the thickness of said plated layer which satisfies a specified condition. CONSTITUTION:For a base material of a solar cell, a stainless steel plate of thickness 0.8mm or less and surface roughness Rmax.0=0.85mum or less is used as a core plate. An alloy plated layer consisting of at least two kinds of metals selected out of Fe, Ni, Cr, Mn, Mo and Sn is formed on at least one side of the core plate. For this plating, the thickness T of the whole plated layer and the roughness Rmax.0 satisfy a relationship T>=(Rmax.0)<1.084>/3.05. Consequently, a surface roughness is diminished and fine pit form defects can be reduced. Also, the impurity diffusion from the base surface to an amorphous layer which deteriorates the cell characteristics can be reduced. As a result, the material plate for solar cell for a solar cell base of good surface property can be obtained.
