PURPOSE:To simplify molding facilities and to make it easy to remove heat-insulating article, by receiving in a molding frame a master member having uniform cross-sec tional shape and wrapped in a shielding member, and by casting a granular filling material, and by drawing the master member in consolidated state by suction at nega tive pressure, and by pouring a foamable resin liquid into a cavity to cure it. CONSTITUTION:A master member 16 is, for example, a straight half-cylindrical shape. This is put in a shielding member 18 made of flexible bag, and these stand side in lengthwise direction in a molding frame 3 whose make-and-break bottom 6 is closed, then filling material is supplied. The opening end portion 4 is closed with a cover 21 at the state where the shielding member 18 and master member 16 are protruded. When a suction pump sucks at negative pressure in the molding frame 3 kept at hermetic condition, the filling material 20 is consolidated. When the master member 16 is drawn upwards, inside draw-accelerating member 17 is drawn off together with the master member 16. Material for product is poured into the formed cavity. After curing, suction with negative pressure is released and make-and-break bottom is opened to expel the filling material 20; then, after the taking out of semi-finished product, the burns are removed. |
