PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing structure for a toilet stool capable of preventing the breakage of the fixing section of the toilet stool, the fixing member of the toilet stool, and a drain socket or the like caused by the over-tightening of fixing screws when fixing the toilet stool. SOLUTION: This fixing structure is provided with the fixing member internally installed in the toilet stool for fixing the toilet stool, a first fixing means for fixing the toilet stool to the fixing member, and a second fixing means moved in the opposite direction to the moving direction of the first fixing means while being locked on the fixing member. The fixing section of the toilet stool is pinched and fixed by the first fixing means and the second fixing means.
