PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent deterioration of a concrete structural body inside due to water permeation and to elongate the service life of the concrete structure by injecting cement-based injection in an existing concrete structural body and filling clearance parts therewith, to save the maintenance cost for a pump facility, etc., for discharging leakage water, and to prevent the submergence of a tunnel and disaster caused by stop of equipment function due to power faiture. SOLUTION: A packer part is compressed in a vertical axial direction and expanded in a lateral axial direction by fastening a packer operation nut 4 to be fixed to an injection plug fitting hole 12. An injection nozzle 8 is inserted from an injection plug hollow part. When an injection plug cock 5 is opened, it can be penetrated into the hollow part of the injection plug, and by closing, the injection plug cock, water and injection entering from the hollow part of the injection plug can be stopped. It is so constituted that, even if the injection nozzle is inserted into the injection plug, the injection nozzle fixing nut is fastened, and the injection nozzle is fitted thereto, the water, etc., entering from the hollow part of the injection plug can flow out of a discharge nut.
